I just love this product. I am an African American with coarse thick relaxed hair. I must say after using this product Iwill not use another kind of straightner or flat iron. I love the combs, and the adjustable heat settings. It made my hair soft and silky. I also used it on my niece who has long really thick hair. It usually takes forever to finish,however I was done much quicker. She just loved how it felt when I finished, as it was shiny and silky. Great!!!!

As an owner of two Chi flat irons, I have to say that I am impressed with this steam iron from Conair. My hair type is thick and wavy in spots. It was extremely fast and easy. The iron does not pull on my hair. I don't have to have the heat as high as I normally would because the steam helps straighten the hair as well.

I use the flat iron in the mornings just for touch ups. It's fast heating time makes it a snap to use in the morning when you are press for time to get out to work. It's the best!!

I am very pleased with this product. I have medium fine hair that has an unsmooth texture with no body. Straightening is the best look for it but I need the steam since my hair is delicate. There are not many choices out there for steam irons with the combing teeth. The ones that are available are plastic and break very quickly. This is a well made metal product, not too heavy in the hand, comes with great options - auto shutoff for one - and very useful accessories. Couldn't be happier!

I have really thick, curly, blond hair (my hairdresser HATES me) but I got this and couldn't WAIT to try it out! I LOVE IT! My hair is shiny and gorgeous and even my hairdresser loves my hair!

I was waiting at the door when the UPS man came. I was so excited to receive this product and was NOT disappointed. Although my hair isn’t extremely difficult to straighten, the time saved with this flat iron was so awesome! Highly recommended! Cannot think of any cons!
